Common Questions
Does end-of-lease cleaning guarantee my bond back?
No. Bond outcomes depend on the tenancy, property condition and other factors beyond cleaning. We agree the cleaning tasks and price with you; we do not promise a bond return or an inspection result.
What affects the price?
Property size, condition, agreed tasks, access and the time needed affect your quote. Share the inspection checklist and any priority areas so additional work can be considered before you proceed.
Are ovens, windows and carpet cleaning included?
These are not automatic inclusions. Tell us which appliances, glass surfaces or carpets need attention. We will assess what can be offered and confirm any inclusions, exclusions and additional cost.
Does the property need to be empty?
Tell us what furniture or belongings will remain. Access to rooms, cupboards and surfaces affects the scope. Agree when the property will be ready and whether water and electricity will be available.
Can you work from an agent’s checklist?
Yes, share it when requesting a quote so its requirements can be reviewed. Tasks must still be assessed and agreed for the property, and appointment availability confirmed.
